Printed Guides Refund/Return Policy

There is a strict no refund policy on all eGuide purchases at this time. This is a small business and at this time refunds for prints are not a financial possibility for me to offer. Thank you for your understanding.

If you are a subscriber to a digital product and cancel your subscription, you will not be charged at the next scheduled billing date but will not receive a refund for any products received between cancellation and the next billing date. For example, if you purchase a Yearly subscription in January and cancel in April, you will still receive your seasonal eGuides through to December and cannot receive a refund on these.

Coaching Call Cancellations/Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to an appointment and rescheduled. If for any reason you cannot attend a scheduled call, you are fully responsible for informing Meagan and arranging a new appointment at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise, the session will be deemed forfeit. You are responsible for rescheduling via email to hello@meaganrosewilson.com

Last minute cancellations will try to be accommodated and rescheduled but at Meagan’s discretion. No refunds available for any calls purchased and scheduled. You are responsible for working out the time difference if you are in a different time zone than Meagan.

Membership & Course Cancellations/Refund Policy

There is a strict NO REFUND policy on all courses once material has been accessed. The content you receive during the course remains yours as long as you download copies to your harddrive.  Any private groups or communities you have joined will not be actively monitored by admin after the end of the course. There is a strict no refund policy on all subscription purchases.
