Festive Saltdough Recipe

Whole Family Rhythms Basic Saltdough Recipe

  • 1 cup white flour
  • 1/2 cup salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon cream of tartar

Let’s Begin

  1. Combine all ingredients in a pot on medium high on the stove and stir continuously until it becomes so thick you can’t stir anymore.
  2. Remove from heat, take it out and as soon as it’s cool enough, knead until smooth.

We added natural red and green food colouring to this batch as well as the Young Living Essential Oil ‘Christmas Spirit’ blend to add a spicy warming aroma.
